We hope customers at the door of the apartment to hand over the keys, indicate the shops in the area and go over the apartment (cleaning, list items, towels, sheets, operating appliances, etc..)

1. Choose the apartment that best suits your desires.
2. Ask for availability.
3. Make your reservation indicating dates of entry and exit.
4. Indicates how many people are going to take and if there are infants. Children count as occupants.
5. After making the payment of the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with a phone number
to be in contact until your arrival.
6. Do not forget to bring cash to pay the amount that you have indicated (see conditions) on delivery
keys.

BOND
Upon entering the apartment you will have to leave a cash deposit, usually $ 200, depending on number of days. This deposit will be refunded to your departure if no damages in the apartment.

CLEANING
In the apartment the final cleaning is included, not daily, we can provide you with a daily maid service if you request it at an additional cost. We hope that the apartment is returned in a reasonable condition, if not, you can charge an extra cleaning.

14:00 arrival time is usually.
Check out by 12:00.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES
The amount of the reservation will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If what you want is to change the dates of arrival and departure, you must give three weeks in advance to respect your request, and subject to availability.

OTHERS
Minimum stay: 2 nights
In the month of August and from December 20 to January 5, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
